Move out Requirements:

When it comes time to move from Golden Birch Estates there are just a few things that you will need to do:

Print off the "Notice to Vacate" and drop it to my office.

Follow the two links here to print off the "Cleaning Standards" and "Move Out Requirements"

• You will need to call (719-213-7099) or email Kathleen Kondus to schedule your Move Out Inspection.
• You will need to notify Golden Valley Electric the date you will vacate.
• It is your responsiliblity to return any cable box's or equipment.
• Follow the Cleaning Standards for proper cleaning of your unit.
