Golden Birch Estates is located just off Badger Road less than two miles from the Badger Gate of Fort Wainwright Army Base. It is on Isabell Marie Court which is a dead end cul-de-sac right next door to Ticasuk Brown Elementry School. We are about 7 miles east of Fairbanks and about 12 miles west of North Pole along the Richardson highway.
